Indomethacin, a potont prostaglandin synthetase inhibitor, has recently been used in the treatment of polyhydramnios but appears to increase the risk of several important neonatal complications associated with preterm birth. We experienced the
first
case of diaphragmatic hernia after successful treatment of polyhydramnios with indomethacin and present it with the review of literatures.
